Terms & Conditions for Gulf Bridge Advisors

1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Gulf Bridge Advisors’ services, website, and communications. By engaging our services or using our site, you agree to these Terms.
2. Services
Gulf Bridge Advisors provides corporate setup, advisory, banking facilitation, licensing, visa support, and relocation services in the UAE and related jurisdictions (the “Services”). Detailed scope and fees are set out in your Service Agreement.
3. Client Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, possess legal capacity, and provide accurate, complete information.
4. Service Agreement & Fees
A separate Service Agreement will specify deliverables, timelines, and fees.All fees are quoted in USD or AED, exclusive of applicable taxes.Payment terms: 50% deposit upfront, 50% upon completion, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Late payments accrue interest at 1.5% per month.
5. Client Obligations
You agree to:
Provide all necessary documents, accurate information, and timely instructions.Respond promptly to requests for additional information.Comply with applicable laws and regulations in the UAE.
6. Gulf Bridge Advisors’ Obligations
We will:
Perform Services with reasonable care, skill, and professional diligence.Maintain confidentiality of your proprietary information. Keep you informed of progress and regulatory updates relevant to your matters.
7. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of all non-public information exchanged, except as required by law or with prior consent.
8. Intellectual Property
All materials, methodologies, templates, and content provided by Gulf Bridge Advisors remain our intellectual property. You may use them solely for your internal business purposes.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gulf Bridge Advisors’ total liability under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the six months preceding any claim.We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, loss of business, or reputational harm.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Gulf Bridge Advisors, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or your negligence.
11. Termination
Either party may terminate the Service Agreement for material breach upon 14 days’ written notice if the breach remains uncured.Upon termination, you shall pay for all Services rendered up to the termination date and any unavoidable costs incurred.
12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the federal laws of the UAE.Any disputes shall first be referred to mediation in Dubai. Failing resolution, disputes will be finally settled by arbitration under the Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC) Rules.
13. Amendments
We may amend these Terms by posting an updated version on our website with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use of services signifies acceptance of the updated Terms.
14. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with any Service Agreement, constitute the entire agreement between you and Gulf Bridge Advisors, superseding all prior understandings.
